This is a multi faceted site that is designed to show you all the various things that I do as a "REHEARSAL ACTOR," a "STAND-IN" on all the biggest shows on television, and as an actor. I hope this gives you a good idea of the GREAT job it really is, and the interesting and fun people I get to do it with.

For the past 22 years, KENNY MORSE, A.K.A. "MR. TRAFFIC" has been the only Radio and Television & Internet talk show host who has tackled the issues related to being behind the wheel as a driver. He started on KFI-AM 640 back in 1990 on Bill Handel's "Handel On The Law" show as his regular "Driving Guru" and since then hosted his own award winning live call-in show on L.A.'s TIME-WARNER CABLE, "ASK MR. TRAFFIC", which was the longest running live call in show in Los Angeles (20 years). Kenny hosted "THE DRIVING SHOW with MR. TRAFFIC" on the old KRLA-AM 1110, has been a fill-in host on and off at TALKRADIO 790, KABC-AM and now hosts his own interview segments on the SIRIUS/XM SATELLITE system called "DRIVETIME with MR. TRAFFIC" produced by the Premiere Radio Networks.
Kenny can be seen on local and national news, commenting from time to time, and was recently honored with a FIVE PAGE PROFILE in THE NEW YORKER MAGAZINE.

Since he starred in the film version of "THE PRINCE & THE PAUPER" in 1966, Kenny has been acting on the stages and screens of New York and Los Angeles. After graduating Boston University's School of Acting, Kenny toured in two productions of the Broadway companies of "GREASE" playing "Sonny", was Pontius Pilate in a huge production of "JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR" in L.A., starred in two musicals produced by his dear friends, Gene & Toni Bua, "PEPPER STREET" & "2nd WIND" and has done many staged readings with notable stars over the years. Kenny performed in the Looping Group for the CBS Series "Murder She Wrote" , radio and TV commercials, the feature film "TALES FROM BEYOND" and in 2010, returned to features in the new film "THE NEWEST PLEDGE" and to TV on the ABC soap opera "GENERAL HOSPITAL...and other roles in 2012.
In the world of live television, AFTRA members are hired to be "REHEARSAL ACTORS" to do the same things "Judges" and "contestants" have to do live. We are not just "Stand-Ins"...we actually have to perform. We read teleprompter copy, we somethimes dance or sing, or do exactly what the stars would have to do live. Othertimes, we just "Stand-In".
On AMERICAN IDOL, I am the Rehearsal Act/stand-in for Steven Tyler and sometimes Ryan Seacrest. SEASON 11 Starts NOW!!!
Same on SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE. I actually have to dance for the "Dance for your life" segment rehearsals.
On AMERICA'S GOT TALENT, I have been Howie Mandel for the last two seasons, and did exactly what he does and says, although we keep the critiques positive and somewhat generic.
It is a challenging job as you want to give the director a flavor of what it would be like, but not do anything that would outshine the stars, or dismay the contestants.
W orking on DANCING WITH THE STARS, I play everything from judge Len Goodman to anyone they need me to be (I got to dance with Chubby Checker and Raphael Sidiqq AND be one of the Bangles...lol)
KARAOKE WITH KENNY is the longest running, most successful singing show in Los Angeles. Now in its 22st consecutive year on the same block in West Hollywood, KARAOKE WITH KENNY is now performing Wednesdays at FIESTA CANTINA on Santa Monica Blvd. between San Vicente and Larrabee St. We start every week at 10pm for sign ups and we urge people to come early as the wait to sing gets to be 1-2 hours.

Kenny Morse has been splitting his life into many different parts for the past 22 years, as an actor, TV & Radio talk show host, the #1 most requested "Comedy" Traffic School Teacher in California for THE IMPROV COMEDY TRAFFIC SCHOOL and is the host and producer of the most popular singing show in LA, KARAOKE WITH KENNY, and now a "Rehearsal Actor" for rehearsals for the stars of the shows like AMERICAN IDOL (playing STEVEN TYLER), SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE and AMERICA'S GOT TALENT (playing HOWIE MANDEL), KARAOKE BATTLE, USA on ABC (playing BRIAN SCOTT) and DANCING WITH THE STARS. This affords Kenny the opportunity to use all his skills to help producers prepare for their live shows. He returns to American Idol for SEASON 11 in 2012.
As one of the stars of tours of the Broadway companys of "GREASE," and L.A. Company of "JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR," the phenomenal productions of "PEPPER STREET" & "2nd Wind" in addition to commercials and television acting work, Kenny has produced and hosted "ASK MR. TRAFFIC" show since 1990 on LA Time/Warner Cable, and seen nationally and internationally on CNN, Fox News and many other media outlets. He was featured in a five page profile in The New Yorker Magazine as ""Mr. Traffic".
More recently, Kenny returned to acting played "Father Kenny" in 3 episodes of the ABC Soap Opera "GENERAL HOSPITAL" and was seen in the Indi feature film "THE NEWEST PLEDGE" and other roles. He is doing more General Hospital as a doctor in 2012.
